I like them business cards sleek and simple, exactly like that transparent one with the simple font. It looks very elegant and professional.

A creative business card design sure has a way of capturing client's attention although I think the airplane design is a bit overkill. Then again, it would look good as a desk trinket and because of that, I can say that it is actually effective in its purpose – to put the brand in front of the prospect.
